Shot in Ahipara, Northland, Aotearoa, New Zealand, this work features Moto-x riders attempt to ascend the huge fifty-degree dunes near Ahipara, Northland. The work is a single real time take of the riding antics of moto-x and raptor/quad bike riders. In keeping with Monteith’s work at this time she explores the intersection of moving image genres between high risk sports and stunt activities and scenic documentary.
